Couldn't resist... I have a weakness. The ETA is not until March, but I went ahead and ordered a barlow.

How did you already get ahold of one of the coppersmith Barlows so fast!?.
He makes them over at Canal Street Cutlery.
After seeing the contrast of the copper patina and mirror polished blades I GOT to own one now.
Great price too considering what most of CSC's barlows sell for.
Thought I'd post this here. The website http://www.tomarskabars.com/6123CU_INFO.html indicated that the ETA was mid-March, but mine was shipped to me on February 12. The picture is from a couple weeks ago when it arrived - since then it's started to develop a bit of patina on the bolsters.

That looks excellent! Thank you for sharing. It says on tomarskabars that there will be a Wharncliffe version as well. I would really like to see that one.
I called the dealer and asked about the wharncliffe this morning. They called KaBar so this info is straight from the manufacturer. KaBar is referring to the secondary blade when describing the wharncliffe blade. And they're expecting more this week.
OITW can we get a pic of the secondary blade?
Sorry, don't have it with me today, but there is a dealer picture that I posted earlier in the thread that shows the secondary blade. I'm not sure why they're calling it a wharncliffe as neither blade is. The main is a clip and the secondary is a pen. Hope this helps.
