KA-BAR Photo Thread - Post Your Ka-Bar Knife Pictures Here

I like it a lot. However, a sheath for the knife (heck, just the cost of sending the knife to somebody to make a sheath) exceeds the cost of the knife. I'm going to try friction-fitting the sheath with a hair dryer.

These are my beaters. The top one was used to baton through wood.

OMG the all-black one needs to be rushed into production immediately and the first off the line needs to be sent to me immediately.

I've had this little guy kicking around for a while and sorta forgot about him. Dozier-designed D2 blade with black aluminum scales, linerlock, no pocket clip, discontinued.

Oh no. Now that I have seen it, I want it.

Those things are huge, right?

Yep. They're big and heavy and solid. I posted some thoughts in the Reviews forum, here. I grabbed this instead of the Kraton-and-combo-edge MK 1 they had available because I want a leather-and-plain-edge one instead.

Biscuit done a review of it too, BRL if you don't mind searchin' a little, shouldn't be too hard to find, but then again, most of Biscuits posts aren't that memorable, so........

Thanks, now I remember that thread. I'm surprised it didn't push me over the edge, actually.

Why?why?why?

Lol. I gave it to a friend. I'm actually tempted to just try and buy it back from him rather than get a new one since the Ka-Bar in the pics I posted went through some serious abuse when I was a teen and still stands strong even today.
