Thanks Guys!:D Really impressed with the build. Smooth single detent action. Detent is great and makes a click sound when the ball pops out of the blade and open it goes. Balance point for the knife is right where the relief cut is for disengaging the lock. It is really light for how big it is and great balance will attribute to that too which it has. Light and fast. Not too bad of a carry. Has about 1.5" of the handle sticking out of pocket. Plenty to grab a hold of for Wave action.:)

Nice. Indeed very nice job! Were these available only to ECA members? I missed out on it, it looks fantastic.
 
^^Not necessarily. Did you order yours before the cut off day was announced or before the site said 1st batch was sold out? A few individuals got theirs a week or 2 ago. Mine was part of the fist batch and haven't seen a SN# past 0025.
 
Just noticed that there are serialized. Nice that they put it on these blades. Mine is part of the second run. Hopefully within the next month I will have mine.

You could be right on that month time line. I needed to call EKI about an order and inquired about the second run. I was told they were shooting for mid spring on shipping out.
 
I ordered two, one for me and one for my son's birthday.

I'M in no rush for mine, but I would sure like his to show up by his birthday on 3/28.

The grind is too radical for me but I'm sure it'll be another great one for those who buy it.

Well I lost out on that deal. My son's birthday has come and gone and no sign of the knives yet :-(

Thank you, Randy! Have you taken a hiatus due to the amount of awesomeness coming out of EKI in the near future that you can't spill the beans on just yet?
