I got the 18" tirtha m43 dotd earlier today, but i just *love the lines and handles on the Kumar m43s; there's just somthing about them. I will snag an 18" one for sure if i ever see one up here (complete the set)

....gawd. if it were 2 weeks and $300 dollars ago i would've got this m43 too. The camo sheaths are great!!!

Very nice offerings. I have a Kumar M43, and yes indeed, the lines are gorgeous.

I think a 15" m43 would make for a fine hiking buddy. Kumar makes a great blade. I have a 17" m43 that Sher made years ago. I might need to get an example of of his brother's version too;)

You guys eat yer little hearts out. I sucked all the goody outta HI when I got my M43. Anything else is a wannabe!! Hooo doggies! Is my head swollen or what?

i'll probably end up ordering another custom m43 once i 'feel out' the dotd one i just bought. I want a 19-20 incher.

Hey, Pinkeye! Hope you like the '43 as I sure do like mine. As far as maker, I just let the luck of the draw take me there. Guess if I had a choice, it could have been Bura or Rajkumar, but those gentlemen have moved on to other circles, but in NO WAY do I feel disappointed. In fact, it's already in my will to be passed down (and my curved spine.) The handle is a tad longer than my hand, but that comes out as a plus when doing serious brush cleaning.

I love my Rajkumar too Bookie, there is something about his work that just tickles my fancy. I would like to be put in line for the curved spine in your will please. I promise to take real good care of it ;)

Bugger off mate. You gotta be a Steve to get in the will although it is my solemn hope that I go first.

I can't imagine life without Bookie.

Love
Steve.

KamiSteveDog!!! The movie poster......groan...., but yes, you're right, of course. If you ain't Steve, you just ain't Steve. Right, Steve?

If the shoe fits I guess........I was only 5' 6 when I was standing but I sit alot now so probably around 4'8.

Short enough?

Sincerely

Steve Short

I think that's short enough, I'm 6ft so I guess that role is taken...can I be aussie Steve? Which is Stevo, so that works.

Also, I jus bought the Tirtha M43 off the DOTD, bit bigger than this one, but still only weighs a kilo, should be good :)

Also...how did I end up here?...

Signed, Stevo.
