Ken Coats Slipjoints

Here's one that will be going out tommorow, Ats 34, 3/32" stock, cut swedges.
Both shields are pinned, integral liners, bolsters, flush all 3 positions. The knife
has smooth W/T with good snap. My dyed and jigged bone. closed 3 5/8"
Take a look. Ken.

Man Ken,I am really liking how you are nailing !! this knife Your custom bone & that shield(s) are icing Very nice

That looks incredibly nice, Ken!! I cannot wait to get my hands on this one! Words cannot describe how excited I am!

Those Ace Of Spades shields turned out great and it looks like you got the bone color just the way I wanted it.

I know I am going to cherish this knife!

This was my first experience working with a knifemaker on a design and I loved every minute of it.

Ken, I cannot thank you enough. Thank you so much, my friend.:thumbup::thumbup:

Classic pattern, Ken, well executed. Congrats to you both.

Ken, It looks amazing! Jigging and dyeing, nails,
long pull, swedges, fluted Bolster, doesn't get much
better than that! Traditional slip joint, if I've ever seen one!!
Congrats to you both!

As some of you already know, Ken is a pleasure to deal with. I am relatively new to the custom knife scene and thanks to Ken, I will always have these fond memories of my first experience having a knife made to my specs. This knife will mean a lot to me and I know I will love it.

Chris (maysbasement),
Good to see you here, my friend.

Thanks, guys.

I just received this knife today and it is everything the pictures suggest and more. I am very, very happy with it and very proud to own it. I have already asked Ken to put me on his list again. I can see myself owning a whole slew of Ken Coats knives eventually. His style of knife making is just right for me. Really good stuff.

Rick, that is just a really cool knife, it looks like something Sinatra would have carried.

Rob, I must admit that I wasn't expecting anyone to say that. :) But it did put a smile on my face. :p

Thank you both for the kind words.
