Ken Erickson Knives: A Retrospective

Ken did a similar thing with old knife patterns that Tony Bose did!! He used the old knives as inspiration, and kept true to the heart and soul of that old cutlery!!! The bone handles were hand-jigged by Ken!!! This muskrat was inspired by an old Remington Muskrat, shown in the top knife in the picture
below!!

That’s really nice, Charlie. Many of Ken’s knives remind me of knives carried in the 40’s or 50’s. He built some fancy ones too, really has an eye for history.

Thanks JB!!! That attitude toward traditional styling made Tony Bose, and Ken E. my favorite knifemakers, and makes Rhidian, also at the top of my list!!
