Ken Erickson Knives: A Retrospective

Ahhh!! Been waitin' for the stuck-in-the-post shot!!
And we got two of 'em!!
Made my day!!
Take that, safe queens!!:p

Maybe it's time for someone to stir a little paint!!??:D

Judging by some of the pics Campbell has posted of his knives in other threads, I don't think anyone could accuse him of using a knife purse:eek: I'm starting to think he drags 'em around with a chain. Or maybe it's just the pics on concrete that marks 'em up:confused: :D:D

Talk about a "fantasy" knife-- that 5-blade Bose is takin' me to Nirvana. Blades are supposed to stick stuff, right Campbell?

Haha...what I didn't post of a picture of is that Erickson falling out of the post the first time I stuck it and hitting the driveway...my heart skipped a beat!!!!

I am very fortunate and proud to own this one:

Hey Gang,

Does anyone have a link to the tutorial Ken did on making a whittler pattern slipjoint? Can't seem to find it with the search engine.

Thanks

I have been thinking about it for a while now. I had made an extra 5 blade stockman which I think I will give away.

Remember its April 1st!

Putting that aside,

Keep tuned

Ken

If it has Ken Erickson name on it, I am going to be watching, would not care if it was a fixed blade with cord wrapped handle.
