Emailed Kershaw CS about replacement handle screws for a long out of production knife , got a response in under an hour and screws in my mailbox by saturday.
That is customer service !
You bet yer sweet patooty that is customer service. If they do it once it is impressive enough but they have delivered for me on several occasions. I am a picky Bit** and they have never failed to fix even the smallest issue in a timely manner (usually a week shipped coast to coast and fixed). :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:
