kershaw customer service? most excellent!

i stripped a screw, and called kershaw and asked how much for a set of handle screws? they said no charge, would you like to get the clip screws as well? talk about good service! they came in the mail 3-4 days later, with an entire set of handle screws, a set of clip screws, and a new clip! they also included a small changeable bit screw driver, with torx bits to fit the pivot and handle screw, and a phillips bit. :thumbup::thumbup: for kershaw.

asked for 1 clip with screws and a set of handle screws, after 1 month (Italy) I got:
3 clips with screws
3 handle screw sets

all this for 1 knife, service (via email) has been fast, kind and listened to me

Just got a package from Kershaw myself. Sent back an old, beat-up Leek for some lovin', didn't know what to expect.... They sent me a brand new one!

I sent two Kershaw Talons to be setup up with the older bottle opener blades and for tip up carry. They replaced the existing blades and handle material, then sent all theold parts back as well. all at no charge. Kershaw service is excellent!

Had the same problem and was treated the same.Since they produce all the parts themselves; they are plentiful and inexpensive.Seeing it makes really no difference postage wise but does elliminate future problems of the same nature.
