Just got my Rake from him. The blemish is a TINY scratch on the side of the blade (can't even feel it with your thumbnail), everything else is perfect. It's very sharp too, shaved my arm easily.

Just wanted to check in and say that my brown/black skyline + sharpener came in and I am satisfied.
Similar to the rake posted above, there was a noticable scratch in the blade, easier to see in my case since the blade is black, but more than acceptable considering I knowingly ordered b-stock. I was actually thinking it would be something worse.
My only complaint is that there was a significant ding in the blade edge about 1/8" long, but I was able to take it out quite quickly with the diamond sharpener, so it is essentially a non issue.
I usually tune in the edge on my blades when I get them anyways. I use a stone meant for finishing carbide lathe/mill cutters, and then align the edge with a HSS lathe turning blank. It now is dangerously sharp, sharp enough to shave a bald spot on my arm in one pass. I drew blood twice just tonight playing with it.
As far as the sharpener, it was perfect besides a couple of small nicks in the knurling.
Anyone that's on the fence, for the price I think this is unbeatable. I don't really find no warranty an issue on Kershaws anyways, they're solid knives, and at this price, who cares?
BTW, this brown/black skyline is DEAD SEXY, I wish this was a standard option. I'll be very sad the day this knife retires. If I had the cash I would probably buy up a couple more. IMO the skyline is the perfect EDC knife in every way... this color combo is just the cherry on top.
edit: I just wanted to add, total time from payment to delivery was 3 business days. Very impressive, but YMMV.
