I have a Kershaw/Onion Mini-Task that I bought from a fellow forumite a couple of years ago. (Roger Blake, aka Beam -- ok guy -- I recommend him too 
) The blade was not snapping out any more. It just wouldn't lock open unless I pushed it all the way manually. Kershaw's web site was down for a while, but when they got it back up again, I wrote them an e-mail and they said send it in. So I did. I mailed it to them on June 22. They fixed it and mailed it back. They sent it on June 27 and I got it yesterday, July 2. That's FAST!!
It works great now. It snaps open with authority. They sharpened it too. I was worried about that when I saw they had done it, but they did a pretty good job.
I give them 2 thumbs up. They could hardly have been faster and they did a very nice job of it. Have no fears about Kershaw's service. It's excellent.
