kershaw vs. spyderco: who will come out victorious??

You just have to know where to look my man. Just cuz it ain't here anymore doesn't mean it's not around. Customer to company relationship is still solid as rock.

Kershaw had a subforum? What happened?
That sucks it's gone.

Spyderco wins by default. I know who the CEO is and I know I can chat with him here on BF. That makes a big difference. Having a sub forum here were we can talk to the person in charge makes a big difference.

It's like divorce man. Even though dad's still a phonecall away, it still ain't the same :(

(jus kiddin, don't use this to guess my age, however I got grey hairs :))

That's what I mean. I can't remember why Kershaw decided to terminate the subforum (it really was nice) but I am sure it was with reason. FYI, I could talk to Cold Steel's people in their forum on whatever with no holds barred and that makes a big difference with me.

Kershaw vs. Spyderco

this is ur chance to either stick up for ur company or bash someone else's

winner takes all

Are you serious?
You have 4 posts and 3 of them are threads Spyderco VS Kershaw.
Which returning troll are you?

And this is about the time that people should be recommending smatchets...

Well...after reading some of your other threads, it looks like you're desperately searching for info on your next knife purchase.

In which case I can only recommend what others have said before-handle both, take into account your uses, etc etc.

FOR YOU, guessing that you are fairly new to knives (as am I), I'd recommend reading around the Spyderco and Kershaw subfora (Kershaw archive in this case) and forming your own opinion. You'll soon see that both knife companies are very different. Both do offer products that are great value for money, and have excellent customer service and product quality. With regard to sales, I'd guess that Kershaw sells many more knives (taking into account Shun and ZT, as well as the Bradley balisongs).

If you're in doubt, get a smatchet:D

Two great companies. I could not, nor would I ever want to pick one over the other. I own about the same amount of both.

What do you plan to do with them? Disassemble them and hide them in a backpack frame perhaps?

Perhaps you should consider a Schatt and Morgan slip-joint....... something in a Gunstock Pattern

and I thought this thread was going to be fun....nothing like a Strider vs. Sebenza thread. :p
