This is an Italian bacon world, therefore the boulders are pugliese bread, which is another of my favorites.

Kershaw hands down IMO, in my experiences they're customer service is better than Spyderco and the prices on their knives are outstanding.

Darn, I made a mistake, there's no bacon in this picture. Pancetta, proscuitto, culatello, coppa, salame, and maybe even lardo, but no bacon. Guess those'll have to do.
