Since the wife and I are doing some dirt biking this week (cooler temps lead to great riding days) I am going with the MUDD ZT 0500 for the week.

The Viper / ZT 0640 was a great companion for the last week, ZT just makes great knives!

Just acquired a Kershaw 1421ST which (unless there's a plain edged 1421 which I do not think there is) completes my collection of Kershaw Ti Talons, which includes the 1420, 1420ST and 1421ST:

While the 1421ST is referred to as the "bottle cap opener" version of the Kershaw Talons (and can be used as such), the cutout is actually designed as a "wave" feature which facilitates rapid opening/deployment of the knife.
 
This week I am going with the ZT 0780 - I don't think there are many of these around.
I have moved the clip to tail to carry tip-up after stabbing the crap out of my thumb this afternoon....

The 0780 is very pointy!
