Towards the end of May I ordered 3 Kershaw Outcasts from Kershawknivesdirect.com taking advantage of their offer of free shipping for orders of $75 or more. A few days later, FedX package arrives. I open it and it contains ONE Outcast. I emailed them that evening and received a reply first thing the next morning saying it was their oversight, apologizing, and that they would ship the other two out immediately. A few days later, the other two Outcasts arrived. Customer service is not only making things go right but making them right when they go wrong. They did that with no excuses. Works for me.
