You can also check out your local pharmacy for something similar. Many of them carry at least a couple different types of pill capsules that are made for keychains.

I carry a BSA hotspark along with a P-38 on my keychain. I had to square up the spine a bit to get a good scraper, but know it works fine.
On ebay I bought a batch of the scout sized ferro rods without handles.
Drilled a hole through one, put a sak key-ring through the hole and put a U-clip on the ring.
That way i can easily attach and remove the rod from my keychain.
Usually have a Stayglow Vic Classic, Fenix LOD, whistle and a small spy-capsule or two on the keyring.
Everything but my keys have U-clips attached so i can quickly attach/remove the items.
