Urban Tanto Keith Coleman

I had this Urban Tanto custom made in the late 1980's by Keith Coleman who was a Knife Guild member.

The blade is ATS-34 with a mirror polish has a faux hamon and a rounded spine.

The front guard and the end cap are of nickel silver with file work. The handle has an amber spacer and red inserts

The handle is of Westinghouse ivory micarta. It is flat on top and rounded on the bottom.

The sheath is made of Westinghouse ivory micarta with a nickel silver throat and nickel silver pins at the tip.

The blade has the original edge.

This is a custom piece from another era and is a work of functional art.

$675 shipped

PAYPAL and ZELLE accepted

KG Hand Craft made for me a Strong Boy in A2. He was trained by Phil Hartsfield Jr. in crafting the Hartsfield style.
It's has a 5" blade chisel grind blade and a 4.5" cord wrapped and resin impregnated handle.

It has a metal sheath with leather wrapped and kevlar lining. I attached a utiliclip for carry.

He did not include a makers mark.

This is a wonderful piece and a true tribute to the Hartsfield style

Price is $475 shipped PayPal and Zelle accepted.
