Kiku Matsuda custom Kamakura Tanto.

Okay guys, I suck.:foot:

I don't know sh!t about Katana, I'm no lawyer so I just can't keep on arguing without solid ground.:grumpy:

Please forgive my ignorance and rudeness, I just want to go back and enjoy this hobby.

you don't "suck", you simply made an uninformed comment, got called on it and got a redass.

it happens from time to time, being new to the forum. Don't worry about it, move on and have fun- and learn :)

I'm glad steven posted, I did my best to resist as i had a feeling the thread would do the way it did.

For fucks sake. Let the man be. He made an incorrect comment. Okay, let's move on. :barf:

Thanks for the original post. Always nice to see some of Matsuda's work on here.

here is a Kiku that you don't see everyday...wish I never sold it so many many moons ago....

^that is a beauty!

I am lucky enough to have a few Kiku's too, inlcuding the one this thread is based upon, my post is really a question about the style of the paracord on the handle. If anyone can point me in the right direction regarding how to execute this particular style / technique of wrap I would be most grateful. BTW, just registered so i will start to look through threads as well.

Cheers
Jake

Man, I'd love to get a blade from Mr. Kiku.
Thanks for all the pix. And yes, very nice blade there, James.
