Flippers, I guess your talking about the Hinderer collectors that get their hand ground flipper custom folders at blade for $550 and then re-list them here for roughly $1000. If you or anyone else thinks Jerry, or any other Hog created flipping then you only show your ignorance, and that you have never attented a Blade show.

As far as the previous post your refering too.....I guess the Good Lord says I deserve what I have because it is all his doing. So, if you have a problem with it take it up with him. I guess my post went right over your head? I was not arrogant enough to say yes I have worked for everything. No one has given me anything and I deserved it all

I have what I have not because its all me. Its mainly do to previous generations in my family that have Loved and served the Lord......far better than I.

WHat I will tell you, and anyone else that wants to envy and covet something of anothers, and come here and whine about your position in life. Life is full of choices so the next time you feel the need to be so jealous about what you dont have........

Take a good look in the mirror and ask yourself where you, and your forefathers went wrong.

If I buy a knife for, let's say $500 and a short time later a "flipper" sells that exact same knife on the secondary market for $600 that benefits me. Why? Because the value of my knife went up. Then I realize that I can buy more and their value will go up as well. Suddenly, these become very "collectible" just like stamps and coins and whatever else tickles your fancy.

30 years ago my economics professor used that exact description for the Dutch tulip mania of the 1600s. Short term intense demand for new model Busse knives by a relatively small group won’t necessarily equate to long term collecting demand and therefore value.
