Received my Desperado on 04/31/2001 while out of town. Picked it up today. When I saw the box they shipped it in, I thought they must have mistakenly shipped me several knives. Opened it up to find the factory box wrapped in bubble wrap and buried in a ton of peanuts. Thanks Fred, it was worth the wait.
BTW, the Desperado shaves hair out of the box. Didn't know serrations could do that.
