I have made an order at king of swords since 18-April-2008, then I sent them $117.60 and I recieved an e-mail saying that the money accepted. Nothing since that e-mail. I asked what happend with my order and when will they ship the product an no answer. There are several sites that users are saying that they are not reliable. The interesting thing is that they have the buy safe image on their site and when you press it verifies it! Just dont buy from them, for swords and knifes I prefer ebay.com it is safe and no one can steal your money because ebay.com is protecting you. I am looking for other sites to buy knuckles stunguns or any other item (that king of swords is saying that have), if I found some I will post it here.
I am sorry about my English.
Thank you.

Your English is fine, in fact better than most high school graduates here however if your mother finds out you've been using her Mastercard© to buy stun guns and crossbow pistols she is gonna whip yo a$$.

Um ... if you do a little reading in this forum you will see ebay doesn't have as much interest in protecting customers as you might think if you judged by what ebay tells customers....

Welcome to Bladeforums, anyway.

Use a CC; initiate a charge back; put a couple of Victoria Secrets catalogs in your back pantz for when moms catches you with her CC.
all da best,
rats...
p.s. the only thing ebay protects is their profit.

I used my own credit card I am 18. I just cant understand how a man with a site like that which has the buy safe symbol and so many other sites suggest it can steal you. I mean if he is stealing he will earn no more than $200-500/mo but if he is selling all these goods in his site he will earn much more. The problem is that the stun knuckle was for a schoolmate and he said:"take 80 euros and buy my a stun gun from any site you want, because I dont have a creditcard and I dont no many things about internet" and now I must find 76 euros(117$) for him...

If you initiate a charge back you should get your money. In the meantime you don't owe your credit card that amount so you shouldn't be out any money. Safe symbols don't mean much other than the site pays the safe-symbol folks, so he can misrepresent himself. There're lots of crooks out there.

I see they have a toll free number. From looking at the site it I'd be surprised they ripped you off knowingly. If I was you I'd call them and see what they have to say. Mistakes happen and emails get overlooked. Ring them up and I bet they will be happy to take care of the problem.

distefo,
If you have not tried to call them, that might be a good plan. I would only be willing to wait on initiating a charge back if they will use a very quick shipping method, at no additional cost to you of course. While mistakes happen, they have had your money for a couple of weeks with no contact. I have no patience with that kind of ineptitude. For a chargeback you must contact your credit card company, like Visa, etc. Paypal is often worthless in this sort of deal. Your credit card company is the best, in my experience, way to go. Look on the back of your credit card; there should be a customer service phone number. Use it!
