got a bunch of kitchen stuff ready to go
the chef you guys have seen before 2 santukos and a ? (not sure of use for in ats34)
the chef and santukos are $160 each the ? knife is $130
also have some knives in cpm10v and the thickness is .075 at the spine
the cleaver and 6 inch are FC etched (have to re etch the cleaver from a slip while sharpening) with stablized fiddleback maple and brass hardware for old school look
the parrer is hand rub with DMT hones and light buff (thats about as nice a finish you can get on a 10v knife)
the handle on the parrer is stablized boxelder burl
the cleaver blade is 4x9inch and im asking $400 the 6 inch im asking $200 and the parrer is $125
