I am interested in the first knife pictured above, and am not sure if there is private messaging on this site or if I just contact you here. I am a novice, so please forgive any stupid questions. Is the blade material 1095 steel? Is this knife a fillet knife, and is the blade thin enough that it has some flex in it? And if the knife is still available, do I simply say that I want to purchase it here?
