Kizer 5404a2

I second the motion for Kizer to get their own sub-forum, and also recommend listing as a manufacturer on homepage.

Hi, Romen:

Yes, we do have a warranty center here in the US.

Thank you.

Kizer.

Regarding the sub-forum, we are still waiting to hear back from the admin. I haven't heard of any issues so I can't comment on that.

I think a sub-forum would be a great thing and make communications easier, so I would welcome any support or suggestions you may have on making it happen! It would be moderated by yours truly and I look forward to showcasing our newest products on blade forums!

Thank you.

Kizer.

Just letting you folks know that I am having an issue with a seller of Kizer knives here in the USA.

Without getting into specifics, or the underlying issue, I can say that (despite their communications/customer service claims on their website) they are not responding to reasonable email requests to discuss the underlying issue. My email stated only facts, dates, amounts and questions - I have yet to state any requests for resolution. I am trained to handle problems with courtesy, patience and fair-dealing. However, I have no patience with failures to communicate.

I'll repeat, THIS IS NOT A KIZER ISSUE. I have never had one of those.

I hope to be able to post more.

This probably should be in "The Good, The Bad and The Ugly" feedback sub-forum then.

Thanks for the advice. In almost all cases, I would agree with you.

So far, this is not good, bad or ugly.

The reason it is here is because so very few threads are Kizer related, and, so far, there are very few Kizer owners/buyers.

No Kizer manufacturer listing.

I know for a fact that Kizer has a representative who regularly visits this particular thread.

Yes, but your issue is with a retail seller, not an issue with Kizer Knives.

That's what "GBU" is for. I see you've only recently joined BF, have you read the forum rules?

Yes.

If you wish, I will delete my original post. Just let me know. Thanks for monitoring!
