Thought I would bump this thread since I have ordered a KME sharpening system as well.
I currently use a Spyderco Sharpmaker, however I am not the best at freehand. I can get my knives sharp enough to cut paper but never hairpopping sharp or further.
Anyone else have any experience with the KME system? I will post my opinions after it arrives.
