Thanks me too. I always prefered mechanical and automatic movement watches in my youth. They've gotten more expensive since then, but I've wanted a Seiko open heart for quite some time, and with my watch guys giving me such a good deal on this one with the new collection coming in, I couldn't pass it up. I've wanted the Manix 2 for a while as well. I traded one of my Citizen solar watches for it since I'm getting away from batteries in my life in as many places as I can.

Amen, I’ve come to appreciate my mechanical watches more and more. Even taking the time to reset and wind the ones that have stopped is a nice moment of purposeful focus.
