After some discussion with Allie and her supervisor (don't remember his name, sorry) about a missing package, I felt the need to post a Customer Service report. In short, Knife Center's customer service is great! I've ordered from them in the past, many times, and in the event that a situation like this happens, they are very understanding and eager to find a resolution to the problem.
