Knife Center - Replaced lost delivery.

Last month i had a package grow legs and walk away from my front door. I ordered a couple of things from Knifecenter.com and was very disappointed when the tracking info said delivered and there was no box at my front door. I called UPS who said to call the person who shipped the package. After a few minutes on the phone with knife center they told me they would start the investigation with UPS.

I received 2 or 3 phone calls from UPS over the next week asking if i had gotten the package and asking if i had checked with my neighbors. I also got a yellow door hanger asking if i had gotten the package. After telling UPS that i had checked with my neighbors and had not gotten the package they apologized to me.

Yesterday I get an email from Knife Center saying my package has shipped again. This time to my work address, i'm not going to have anything delivered to my home if i can help it after this.

The package is out for delivery right now. So i should have my replacement shortly.
