Knife.com-Anyone Know How To Contact

Has anyone dealt with Knife.com and/or know how to contact them? I'm really looking for a phone number as the "contact" section of their website only provides an email form which they apparently ignore.

Their website states that they've been in business for 33 years, which I find amazing given my experience thus far.
 
If you happen to get a phone # or other info please post it here for others. I never buy from an online site whose only contact info is via email. Good luck.

Will do. I usually won't buy without a contact phone number either, but unfortunately I didn't notice this until after I ordered. They charged my card a week ago and I haven't heard a thing from them. I guess my next call will to Washington's AG office or whatever their equivalent to Consumer Affairs happens to be.
 
This company is absolutely horrible! No response to five messages and I finally had to file a complaint with the Washington Attorney General's office. Apparently many others have had the same issue. An internet search shows a BBB rating of "F" for failure to even respond to numerous complaints.

Based on my experience and what I've read about the experiences others have had, this company is a complete fraud. I suspect that thread about how "great" they are probably originated from the owner. It's the only post the member ever made and had no follow-up responses.

Use much caution if you decide to order from these folks.
