Ha ha ha! I am of the nerd clan as well....but far more extreme than you. I draw the line @ Dungeoens and Dragons and WOW, none of that for me.
 
I think it's fine using a LOTR reference for the 9...after all, it's a lot of people here their "PRECIOUS"!

LOTR, the first one wasn't bad... The scenery was amazing (Cam you lucky SOB to be so close!) however I wasn't really a fan of the actors chosen so that kind of ruined it for me a LOT.

That withstanding, I'd give my first born son's left nut for Vera and a night alone with Kaylee.

The 9 IS way too cool to be used with a LOTR reference. Even though it gets thrown around a lot (The reference... the 9 better not! :eek:)
 
I did like them, I think they got them pretty close to the books. Not every movie made from a book can acomplish that. Carry on, what was that about throwing 9s? sounds good :D
 
we need a thread to decide on a quote to be etched on a 9... hmmm I will start a thread with that...
 
I was talking about the books, not the movies...oh well. But yes, kick ass and chew bubble gum, I'm totally down for that.
