Technically, I live on the other side of Australia so NZ isn't THAT close ;). Still, a great place to visit if you get the chance and I hope to go back there one day.

Apparently in order to get into the 2012 London Olympics some guy in New Zealand opened a brothel to help pay for the journey over there too...Perks of legal prostitution over there I guess...

I lost track of how many I purchased over the years looking for the perfect blade...Maybe 300 + knives. I just gave away another 40 or so not too long ago. I'm guessing I have 25 or so now, most of which I retired. They were darn close to perfect and I'd sure hate to lose them or break them. I mostly use four knives now, excluding my pocket knife.
Two of the four cost less than $20, another is a Becker 17, and lastly a $200 blade that is pretty nice. I honestly think I could be happy with those four and a good PK. I just haven't figure out which PK I could live with for all my daily knife task. I'm thinking about getting away from folders altogether and getting a nice everyday pocket knife fixed blade.

All except the 10 are 'rolled' which I prefer over the etching but nonetheless I still love my 10!
 
I've got a 2, 9, 11, 13 and 16 with a 10 and Rat 3 on the way. All acquired within the last 90-days. By all accounts, I'll probably have a 14 before the weekend is out.
 
i think i could just put all my beckers in an xl patrol pack

might need the medium as backup
 
I only have 2 at the moment- I need to catch up!!! I've owned a bunch over the years but have always sold/traded them to fund the next purchase. Only recently have I decided that I need a cache of blades.
 
C'mon - it's not the number of knives you have that's important...unless your neighbor has more.



The King, a naked Queen, 2, 13 & 11. Not pictured are the 16 I forgot I had on me while taking the pic and my 5 that I hadn't gotten yet. I want an RSK, but might get a 10 while I'm saving up...Too many other knives and projects to count...Never gets old, tho, does it?
