Knife Count?

My EDC:
I've got my bases covered unless I'm attacked by grouse, in which case a Browning A5 replaces the Ruger.

In case you are attacked by a flock of wild chickens?
I think you should carry the .22 rifle IWB for extra security. Wouldn't want the grouse to get a hold of it and turn it against you!

Well, now you're just being silly.
And, instead of hijacking this thread any more, I have decided to carry 3 additional knives. A machete, a kitchen knife (for the grouse), an Izula (necker, with the TC) and my always knife, a Spyderco Paramilitary 2 (lefty, tip up)

I love this place.

I laughed with many of the posts. I learned from some of them, and I appreciated all of them, and the pics.

In the areas where I live and work, a pocket clip is considered probable cause, and in Chicago a 2" blade is max allowed.

My tastes and needs change, but I always carry 4-5 blades, except in Chicago or NY, including 1 Alox pruner, a couple of large slicers (traditional, nothing with a hole in the blade) for food and 2-3 smaller beauties used as "worry stones" and for smaller light jobs.

I would like to carry 1 scissors, but TSA has stolen so many Vics, S-4s and Two-Cans, that I am traumatized.

Any scissors suggestions will be appreciated.

I recently stopped carrying my large CS, BM and Spydercos, but that is subject to change.

I am considering carrying a small fixed-blade knife in a sheath in my front pocket. Production or custom. Suggestions will be appreciated.

I typicaly carry 2 knives usualy a larger folder with a thumb stud and a traditional slipjoint of some sort mostly stockmans my ideal EDC setup is my CRK large 21 sebenza paired with my Buck 301 in yellow derlin but I change it up every once in a while.

I love it! Thank you! :D

In civilian clothes, I carry a Vic Tinker and some type of modern folder (Sage 3 most recently.)

When I'm in uniform, I've got 7:

Spyderco Military (Right front pocket)
Pink Esee Izula (Small of back with Tek-Lok)
Gerber EOD Multitool (Horizontal sheath on left hip)
Benchmade 5 Rescue Hook (Sheath on right hip)
Vic Classic (Right breast pocket)
Boker Urban Survival (Right shoulder pocket)
SpyderEdge Tasman Salt (Left calf pocket)

I'll be the first to admit that I don't really need so many knives, but everybody in my unit knows me as "the knife guy" so I don't want to disappoint them; also, I just like having things with blades to play with:D

Go to hell, crybaby.
If posting random stuff just to see what people do makes me a troll, then, guilty as charged... :D (thank you, and I am kidding, of course)

Also, can anyone point me in the direction of a company that makes a large, absurd, medieval looking sword, axe, or war hammer, preferably run by a sweaty short guy in business clothes?

If so, my new answer will be: 3 knives, a machete, and a sword.
