Knife-Depot Looking like thieves.

Update:
The CEO Of Knife-Depot Ms. Esmail will not respond to my emails for a refund to my credit card. Their webpage is a massive fraud stating over 10,000 Badass Knives in stock. She also promissed me she would send me one of the knives for free. She is as much a fraud as is her website. They have deleted over 20 postings of mine on their facebook page, but still will not respond to my demanding a refund for knives purchased and paid for on 1/1/21. I contacted facebook to report their facebook page as fradulent, but it still remains. Still can't understand My Ms. Esmail can't and won't do the right thing. She is a total crook. She is a licensed realtor, this business activity will be reported to her state broker licensing agency. They don't support brokers who break the law. Just simply want my money back, why is this so hard for her to understand!
 
Hi everyone, my name is Aliya, and I am one of the owners of this business, and yes I also have my realtor's license. I am so very sorry that there have been delays with your orders and confusion around ownership. I bought Knife Depot from Warren a couple years ago and we are small business. We do typically have a shipping range of 2-5 days processing depending on the product, however, with COVID and holiday rush, we have had A LOT of out of stocks which has caused delays in a majority of our orders. We are not scamming anyone, I've actually had to hire an additional customer service person to try to handle the volume of customer messages and sales. We are trying to fix the communication around late orders or refund customers.

We do engraved knives, and the address in LA is the home of our engraver, she works very hard for the business and has been working for Knife Depot for over 10 years.

I would just like to say that these chargebacks are really detrimental to our company, and we will happily refund you your money if you haven't received the product. We just ask for a little patience, if possible. We do have a process for refunds, and this is what is causing the delay, we have to confirm cancelation with our warehouse before refunding the card since often times they will ship after we refund unless we get a cancelation confirmation. We are working on fixing this as well as being more proactive about communication around what items are out of stock.

Was a real estate agent. Did not renew her license in Illinois after it expired on 9/30/20. Her about me for atproperties is about as truthful as knife-depots webpage.
 
I agree with Ooitzoo ............... stop wasting your time with them and file the chargeback with your CC company. That is the best recourse on several levels. They get a bunch of chargebacks and the CC companies may take much more effective action than anything you could. Sorry you had to deal with this and thanks for letting us all know about them.
 
Honestly, the more I read thru this the more I think this one of those drop-shipping schemes. They don't hold any inventory and simply "market" a product to be shipped by someone else. The problem is that 1) they tend not to know anything about the product or its community and 2) since they've effectively outsourced all customer facing functions, they have no idea what's going on with any particular order. Its actually a pretty crappy model of a business for anything other then super cheap chinese crap (the margins are kind of garbage on anything of real value.)
 
Their corporate address in Florida belongs to "
BOSSI USA". I contacted them on Facebook and they said that Knife-Depot was not at that address. Whole thing stinks!

You want to explain your business model of not shipping items that were paid for? Kinda like fraud?
Knife Depot is not my company. With this being said my address is on this post, my personal address and it needs to be removed. Thanks
