Knife Fights in Movies

i was going to say my fav..which is west side story.. but someone beat me to it. It dont get anymore classic than that.
also,, i do think however, that segal did use a Mission knife in one of his fight scenes.. I remember it specifically.. but i dont remember which movie it was.. the 20 or 30 of them are all identical to me...

someone already mentioned the last of the mohicans, the final scene with chingachkook and magua is one of my favorites.

and for swordplay, the princess bride. dread pirate roberts vs. inigo montoya.
 
I second Kill Zone, originally known as SPL or Sha Po Lang in Asia, starring Donnie Yen and Samo Hung.. particularly the fight scene with the collapsible baton and a jap tanto... totally kewl...

the other "must watch" for pure knife action is Brotherhood of the Wolf....
