Knife flaws that bug you the most?

I absolutely hate it when I get a knife and I'm so excited but then I notice the pocket clip is to tight I'm sorry if I seem picky but I can't stand a tight pocket clip I will refuse to carry a knife that has a pocket clip that refuses to let my knife out of my pocket. What are some common flaws (your opinion of flaws) that bug you the most about knives?

Dullness. I don't like dull knives and I can't stand it if MY knives are dull. But fortunately that's fixable. ;) (just like most tight clips)

I hate that too but like you said it's fixable and a fix you won't pay a penny for but the pocket clip being tight bugs me more because you have to find a suitable pocket clip for it and me personally I don't like changing what the knife came with but that's just me

You know you can fix that for free too right, just bend it however you want it. I like mine extremely tight so the first thing I do with a new knife is take it off and bend it more to increase tension. To loosen it you don't even have to take it off.

The thing I hate most is when a knife is poorly designed so that after sharpening it several times the point is no longer below the handle, particularly the spyderco ladybug, once that happens it catches pulling it out of your pocket and "waves" open.

I knew their was a cheap way to do it! I didn't know that because most knife collectors pick the most difficult ways to mod and fix a knife but I prefer a cheap alternative to fixing a knife :D

I actually like tight clips quite a bit.
I am frequently on 4-wheelers/Snowmobiles/Dirtbikes and am usually going as fast as I can. :D
I like to know my $150 pocket jewelry will stay with me.

#1 flaw.. Not American made.

I'm new to good quality knives so I've been pouring over tons of threads and searching for blades people like or recommend. I hate when I like something then see it's not made in the USA. That's a no go for me.

I don't like when screws aren't flush with the handle. Not a deal breaker by any means tho

Cracked blade, cracked scales or handle, dull blade, pins that have not been cut off or sanded off so you feel them with the knife in your hand, folders that hit (not close to centered) inside the handle.

I don't do chinese steel. I prefer American made, but I really like the taichung and seki spydercos.

What bothers me most is bad heat treats and tip down only clips.
