Before this thread gets locked, I have the complete opposite issue. I sharpen my Case knives and their "ok" sharp, but after a few days of not being used at all, they're sharp as all get out. Either it's knife sharpening elves taking pity on my poor sharpening skills, or I'm losing feeling in my fingers. Not too sure about which one.
