Nice gesture, I wont participate because I know of the trouble of sending knives across the border, ("less donkeys, more corncobs" or "less participants, better chance to win").

Since you have to get close but not over, a good choice would be to wait as much as possible and check the gaps between numbers already chosen, then pick the smallest possible number in the range, like right now there is a large gap between the numbers chosen by Guyon and Carl64 (sorry, I used to be a mathematician).

The Schrade Knife Collectors is the most informative manufacturer forum and I am proud to be a very small part of it.On a side note my father and grandfather would have really enjoyed this place.

Codger.. How did you know?
I found a box with the Schrade ornament in it last night and asked my wife to find a good place for it on the tree. She surprised me by putting it eye level right in the front of the tree. I 1/2 expected it to be hidden in the back.
