knife makers blasphemy?

Like Don Hanson said, I just like knives. I carry and use whatever floats my boat at the time. I will say, though, that everytime I attempt to carry one of mine, somebody ends up buying it off my belt or neck, so I can only imagine how hard it must be for somebody famous to carry and use one of theirs. :)

Danbo - that's a good problem to have.

I carry my own fixed blades but carry production folders. Only once did I sell the one on my belt, because the ones I make for myself are my own. But having said that I have sold alot of knives after people get a chance to see me use my own. They see it then they want an exact copy; it makes for good cheap reliable advertising hanging right off of my belt.

I typically carry a cheap folder (because I will invariably end up loosing it). I try to carry one of my own hunting knives when I'm hunting, but I usually don't come home with it after someone has inspected it.

I own and carry a few knives that other people made, because I like knives and I like to experience (not only see) what other people are cranking out.

I carry a knife that I made, as well as knives that my friends have made. I also own many production knives. The term blasphemy seems a bit emotional for response emoted for the use of a tool, in my book.

perfect avatar pic for this statement lol
