This is posted elsewhere, but the knife world is a small one and the more exposure this has the better.

Jsanchez's Mad Dog ATAK with "Semper Fidelis" etched on the blade was STOLEN:

"My Semper Fi marked ATAK was stolen from one of my unit's storage boxes on Camp Lemonnier. If anyone spots it on ebay or another forum, please shoot me a PM. There are only two of these, and I don't think the other owner is going to be selling his, so if one pops up, it's probably mine. I will post some pics of it as soon as I get back stateside, here in a few days."

Camp Lemonnier is in Africa. Jake Sanchez is my friend and a worthy Marine serving his country. Your help and awareness are appreciated.

This ATAK is easy to spot.

"Semper Fi" is hand engraved on the blade on the right side.

Mad Dog has only made two like this. One for Jake and one for Luke Freeoff, who goes by the handle LFree here at the JD.

Luke still has his.

SO, basically ANY Mad Dog ATAK marked SEMPER FIDELIS you see that is not in Luke's hands is the stolen blade.

If you run across anyone not Luke who is in possession of this knife, please drop me a note. Jake is a fine and upstanding young Marine and I find it entirely reprehensible that this knife has been stolen out of his gear, possibly by one of his brother Marines.
