Not a great experience with them. Ordered an F1 blade blank on 10/14, and they did not ship (send out) my order until 10/25 after I sent them an inquiry about it on 10/24. Considering I paid a high S&H fee with USPS priority mail, this is far from acceptable. Orders from several other online vendors with smaller S&H fees were made during this time and have already been received.

Won't be purchasing from them again.

I'm having a similar experience with them as we speak.... ordered a week ago, still not shipped and no replies to my emails.

FWIW, I've only ordered from them once. It was for a knife that no other online dealer had available and that I really wanted. I placed the order with a good degree of skepticism but it did arrive about 2 weeks later.

An update... I recieved a reply from Shawn at Knife Supply and the order shipped out late yesterday afternoon. Not speedy, but they had the knife I wanted for $10 under anyone else.

My experiences with them (3-4 orders of $200-400) is that they are usually just a bit less than everybody else, but that you can expect to wait 1-2 weeks to get your stuff.

They have never failed to deliver and the one time something I ordered was out of stock they emailed me and asked what I wanted to do.
