TOOK 2 KNIVES OUT YESTERDAY ONTARIO RANGER RD-7 AND ORIGINAL SWAMP RAT RATWEILER OUT ON A HIKE .

WAS THE FIRST TIME TESTING EITHER KNIFE

IT WAS JUST ME AND ZEUS(9 3/4 MONTHS OLD)

GOT THE RANGER LAST WEEK(ORANGE HANDLE)

THE RATWEILER GOT HERE FRIDAY

THE RANGER RD-7 IS MORE LIKE A FIGHTING KNIFE THAN A CHOPPER

USED IT TO CUT MANY THINGS---IT'S FAST AND EASY TO CONTROL--BUT NOT A CHOPPER--

THE RATWEILER IS A GREAT CHOPPER FOR IT'S SIZE-HANDLE IS EXCELLENT AS WELL

BUT IT'S HEAVY AND SLOWER COMPARED TO THE RANGER

RANGER IS A GREAT KNIFE FOR THE $

IF YOU CAN FIND A USED RATWEILER FOR A GREAT PRICE --GET IT

YOU WILL LOVE IT

Thought that was you that scored the ratweiler! Best price I've seen in a year! You cleaned it up a bunch, no? But, you don't seem enthusiastic about it...I will be happy to take it off your hands for what you paid! :) hah!!!

You should have the new Yard Keeper soon too!! I'm going to get it packaged to go today..figure the money order should hit today.

Nice knives! Great dog! I like the orange Rangers, I didn't know they came with orange sheaths. I like that.

Also JTC--the Rangers did not come with those sheaths from the factory-the man I bought them from had them made
 
I'd love one of those Ratweilers, tough to find a good deal on one though. When you do, it's usually already gone. Nice pics, good looking dog too.
 
Just out of curiosity where were these pictures taken? It looks like one of the parks I have been to in the past but I just cant put my thumb on it.

I noticed that you scored the RatWeiler when I was over on the exchange yesterday.
You must try it with a lanyard so you can choke right back on the handle, that makes a world of difference and mine chops like crazy then !!!!!

Those are some great pics with a great dog! He is the perfect size to pack his own food too. Good job on getting the dog to look at the camera too, now that is a feat in of itself!!!! Thanks for sharing!
