knife works return experience?

how long does it take for knifeworks.com to process a return and for it to appear on my credit card summary? it's been roughly a week and a half, and also i haven't received any replies to some of my recently sent emails.

what's your experience with returning knives to knifeworks?
 
I would call them. Someone always answers right away if it is during normal business hours.

I have never returned anything so I can't comment on how that process goes though.
 
The folks at knifeworks are good people. You should not have any problem resolving your issue. They have excellent customer service in my experience with them.
 
I bought my F1 from them after a pleasant conversation.
Shipping was instant from them. I am sure they will help you in person if you call them. Good luck.
