the only issue I had was a knife I ordered that they didn't tell me was on backorder. I waited over a week and finally called and was told another 2 weeks. I dropped that knife off the order and get it in another 5 days. Pricewise they are one of the cheaper ones, and they can get hard to get and discontinued models also which is nice.
