I just wanted to let you guys know this. A couple months back I ordered and received a Mega-Torque spring from Knifekits.com. The spring was successfully installed in my Gerber 06 with fantastic results. The problem happened when after only a month or so, the spring broke!! These springs are supposed some of the best replacement springs around, so I sent Knifekits an email just letting them know about what had happened with my knife, and let them know that I would be placing another order. My main intent was get some info about anything I may have done to make the spring malfunction. Within a few days a gentleman responded by canceling my order for two more MT spring, and instead sent them to me, NO CHARGE!!! He also included a note to contact him personally if I ever have a problem like that again he he will work with me to find a solution to the problem.
Here it is, a few weeks later(and they have been weeks where my trusty Gerber 06 has seen more than its normal usage), and the spring is doing great.
Knifekits.com is an A+ outfit, and i would recommend them to anyone!!
