I just received a package from KnifeKits. Among the several items ordered, a sharpening stone was cracked and they sent me the wrong book by the same author.
Wrong book was definitely their fault. Cracked stone, I don't know as their packing was adequate.
I sent them a short email with pics. Did not hear from them for a whole 24 hours then received an email informing that they had sent me a replacement stone and the correct book. Nothing else asked or said. And I am far, far away from them.
I don't think you can expect any better than this, real stand up guys :thumbup:
