Hey guys just thought I'd let you know about this.
I sent a seal pup elite to Jason about a week ago for a sharpening, and he sharpened it up very nicely with his water stones. I got it today and gave it a quick once over and everything looked nice.
When my girlfriend wasn't around, I gave it a closer look and found a good deal of scratches which appear to be from cleaning the swarf off of the blade. I emailed Knifeknut about the situation and he quickly apologized and offered up a few options to mitigate the situation.
We decided that he will order a new one (same exact finish, edge, and sheath) and have it shipped directly to my house, and I will ship the one he worked on back to him for him to keep.
Jason is a good guy who knows what he is doing. This whole thing was just a fluke and he was very quick to fix it.
Big props to him.
