Perhaps you or your father could produce a video about the sheath stamping process? That sheath was top notch (so was the knife) and I'd be interested to learn more about stamping.
Will, I could do the video, no problem. Actually I plan on doing a series about different steps in knife making, from smithing to engraving, just to educate people/customers and show how things work (and why handmade knives cost as much as they do).
But I think you'd be better off buying a sheath making DVD by Chuck Burrows, or renting from smartflix. We learned the leatherwork from that too. There's just so much more info on that DVD and the guy has been making leatherwork for more than I've even lived.
