Has anyone had any dealings with KnifePro.com?

I have sent several emails with no response and just wanted to see what the general consensus was on these guys.

I just did a search on them here and found out that someone with the same name was banned after only 2 posts! How in the world does someone get banned after only two posts?????

Haven't yet determined whether they're one and the same, but thought I'd throw that out there.
