I noticed they seem to have the best prices on a lot of brands. Has anyone bought from them? How was the experience? customer service, shipping?

He'll give you an estimate of how long it will take to arrive. Spot on, both times with me.

If they have the best price (and they usually do) they'll get my business again.

I have ordered from there a couple times, the first time was good, fast shipping they gave me the warm and fuzzy so I ordered again. But the next order sat there for a week without so much as a peep, they didn't answer any emails or calls for a couple days, so i canceled my order and went somewhere else. I have to say that there were no problems with canceling, so that kind of brought back that warm and fuzzy. I would order from there again, just might need to be patient. When I canceled my order I went to ambientweather.com, they have awesome prices too, however being a huge warehouse type company they definitely have that detachment from there customers. And there website said they were based in arizona so I thought it would be faster shipping (colorado) but they sent my knives from jersey so who knows. I have had some good experiences on ebay too, so sometimes it depends on what you are looking for. Good luck, and if you find one that has a spotlight of sun shining on it from a break in the clouds and music of angels singing let me know.

I've had nothing but good experiences with them, although they usually take a week or so to ship. You need to plan ahead if you NEED a knife by a certain date.

Yep I bought a bravo-1 from them, Sean is a great guy. You'll have to email him first to see if it's in stock. My knife got shipped out in 2 days (ordered on monday shipped on wednesday).
