I ordered five Victorinox Swiss Army Knives on 2/11/10 and received them today (2/20/10). I used their standard shipping (USPS Priority) and they got them to me in 9 days. I've used these guys three other times before, each time with the same results. Since I was not in a hurry, their delivery time met my expectations. I would use these guys again.
 
I got a Spyderco Rookie from them that had a gouge or chip in the blade at lock up. It looked as if there could be a small crack in the blade area as well. I sent them a photo of the problem and asked for an exchange - and I was told to send it to Spyderco. I had the knife one day and it was not used.
I have used them before, but not again.
